Laura joined Niehaus Financial Services in 2014. Prior to this, she worked for Fidelity Investments for nearly 19 years, where she held positions working within the retirement plan services organization. Laura obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2018.
As a financial advisor, Laura’s approach is to consider her clients’ individual circumstances and specific needs to create a customized plan of action that works towards achieving those unique financial goals. Laura partners with her clients, focusing on what is important to them and their overall financial well-being. It is this relationship-based approach that gives Laura the insight to assess a client’s current situation, consider their likely future priorities, and carefully arrange their investments to strike the best balance of growth potential and preservation of principal. Upon retirement, Laura guides her clients how to most efficiently draw from accounts, considering long term goals as well as tax implications and unexpected expenses.
Laura was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati in Bridgetown and graduated from Oak Hills High School and Northern Kentucky University. After having met her now husband, Marty, while working at the Bridgetown LaRosa’s in high school, they married in 1998 at Our Lady of Victory.
Like many fine west-siders, they moved into his childhood home in Delhi where they have raised their two daughters, Chloe and Meghan, and still reside. Chloe is in her third year at the University of Cincinnati studying broadcast communications. Meghan is a senior at Seton High School enjoying all of her senior year activities, including choosing her path for college. They also have a 5-year-old rescue dog, Louie, who Marty, Chloe, and Meghan all claim is Laura’s favorite! Sometimes, that may be true!
When not at work, Laura spends much of her time with family and friends. She and Marty enjoy entertaining and cooking on the weekends. One of her favorite activities is her annual Bengals game road trip, which she has done for more than 15 years! She also enjoys volunteering time in various organizations at her family’s parish, Our Lady of Victory, and at Seton High School.
