Why Choose Niehaus

Comprehensive Approach

We help people retire with confidence. We know investments, income taxes, and estate planning. Our broad perspective allows us to offer you optimal financial solutions. In addition, you benefit from the availability of legal and tax services under the same roof.

Experience

Fran, Kevin, Mike, and Laura have been planning for the financial needs of their clients through up and down markets, with an average tenure of over 30 years in the field.

The Niehaus tax office has been in operation for over four decades, and now prepares several hundred individual income tax returns annually.

The Niehaus law office was established in 1978 and deals primarily with estate planning and administration.

Service Focus

You deserve individual attention. We take time to listen to your goals and objectives, and we provide recommendations to help you pursue them.

We build a relationship with you fostered by consistent communication. Regular review meetings allow us to address your questions, keep you abreast of new developments and opportunities, and make sure you remain on track toward your goals.

Our fee-based compensation structure (which applies to most client accounts) provides an incentive for us to serve you well over time. Because we are paid on an “as you go” basis, not per transaction, we are motivated to continually earn your business.

Independent

We review products from many companies to find the best options for you. As an independent firm, we do not have proprietary products and are able to offer a wide variety of choices.

Your Interests First

As financial advisors, we hold ourselves to a fiduciary standard, which means we put your best interests before our own. We approach our work with the level of care and concern we would provide our own families.
